The authorisation as Operator of deposit virtual currency funds / Virtual currency exchange operator allows us to participate in activities related to virtual assets and virtual services in Lithuania. Thus, PointPay can provide a service for the purchase, storage, and sale of virtual assets and conduct other operations such as crypto to fiat and fiat to crypto activities. We meet the priorities of the Financial Crime Investigation Service (FNTT), including the prevention of:

• international and domestic criminal acts related to fraud and tax evasion, as well as fraudulent account management;
• criminal acts associated with the illegal receipt and use of EU support funds;
• legalization of proceeds of crime and illicit enrichment;
• criminal acts in fraud and embezzlement or misappropriation of property in various institutions.
